Top Five Christian Facebook Pages You’ll (Probably) Never See

Has anyone ever asked you to join a “Christian” FaceBook group that just seemed out of step with everything in your life? Or asked you to pray for a particular group of people that are too far off your radar and you wondered “why should I pray for these people?”

Don’t get me wrong – I’m all for praying for people. Even our enemies. It’s the content of our prayers that I sometimes wonder about. Because frequently we see prayers in the Bible that we would never hear uttered in churches today, and so I think something’s not right. The “Top 5 Christian Facebook Pages You’ll (Probably) Never See”

# 5: The SonKissers
[+] Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.  (Ps 2:10-12)

# 4: The AvengedMartyrs ..and their sister group, The MartyrsToCome
[+] They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” … (Rev 6:10)
[+] ..Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been. (Rev 6:10)

# 3: The Avengenging HeadBurners
[+]Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”  (Rom 12:19-20)

# 2: The TeethBreakers
[+] I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around. Arise, O Lord! Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.  (Ps 3:6-7)

# 1: The Bab..
